About the Role
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain practical experience in outbound sales operations, client coordination, and campaign execution.
We are open to hiring fresh graduates, especially those with backgrounds in Software Engineering or Software Development Engineering or related technical fields, as the role involves working with modern tools, AI platforms, automation workflows, and outbound systems.
You’ll work alongside experienced Account Managers and gain exposure to how outbound systems are built, optimized, and managed behind the scenes.
If you enjoy organization, communication, problem-solving, and learning modern sales tools, this is a strong entry point into account management and B2B growth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in launching outbound campaigns (targeting, scripts, contact lists)
- Support the creation and refinement of call scripts and follow-ups
- Attend onboarding and weekly client calls; document notes and action items
- Organize and maintain client assets (ICPs, messaging, campaign documentation)
- Create and configure BDR Gmail accounts for new clients
- Set up and manage Calendly accounts and scheduling links for clients
- Work with BDRs to ensure campaign clarity and alignment
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., meetings booked, attendance rates)
- Help prepare client reports and performance updates
- Use AI tools to streamline writing, research, and admin work
- Troubleshoot basic issues across tools like HubSpot, Nooks, and similar platforms
- Provide general operational support to Account Managers

Work Schedule

- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Compensation & Career Growth
