Prior experience in property management is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary, but largely include the following -

• Lease & PMA drafting: prepare and manage lease agreements, property management agreements, and renewal letters using company templates.
• Tenant & client communication: respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and keep property owners updated on leasing activity and maintenance status.
• Leasing support: coordinate listings and showings, process applications, screen applicants, and manage move-in/move-out logistics.
• General operations: maintain organized records in AppFolio and Google Workspace, execute SOPs, and support ad hoc projects as directed by the senior property manager.
Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of experience in property management or real estate.
• Exceptional written and spoken English; you will communicate directly with US clients and tenants.
• Experience with AppFolio or a comparable property management platform.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Slack.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail; accuracy in documentation is critical.
• University or college degree in business administration or a related field.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home working environment.
Compensation & Benefits
• 30 hours per week, remote contractor position
• Paid time off for vacation and holidays (20 days total per year)
• Be part of a supportive and friendly small team
• Opportunity to grow with a stable, expanding US-based company.
• Stability and consistency - we are a long-term employer
