JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant HR will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
2. Support new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
4. Prepare reports and presentation as needed for HR projects.
5. Perform other HR-related tasks and duties as assigned.
6. Assist in payroll preparation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development Management.
2. Previous experience in an HR.
3. Strong Organizational and time-management skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
