We are Singapore’s fastest growing performance marketing agency seeking
Assistant Account Manager
(1 full-time, remote position available)

We're seeking an Account Manager who can leverage on their passion in digital marketing and deliver two key outcomes: (1) Ensure clients are happy and (2) Increase effectiveness & productivity of the team.

You are a highly motivated and reliable team player who is able to maximise our client’s ROI on their ad budget. You are willing to follow rules, processes and procedures and account management and quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

You LOVE digital marketing and speak & write English. You are also responsive around teams and strive to support them around tight deadlines.


You must:
Be a reliable, motivated team player with a deep passion for marketing
Analytical and excel at managing multiple projects
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Maintain frequent communication with clients, providing status updates, performance reports, and responding promptly to inquiries
Daily review and monitoring of campaigns ensuring projects are on schedule
Analyse sales figures and provide comprehensive updates to both clients and the team.
Implement regular customer satisfaction surveys and share insights with both management and the team to drive improvements
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to align on tasks and address any roadblocks
Ensure tasks are evenly distributed, making adjustments as needed to optimise team workload
Monitor work quality, provide timely feedback, and utilise client feedback for internal improvement
Track team and campaign performance metrics closely, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks.
Identify and address any skill gaps within the team, exploring new tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.


Summary of key responsibilities:
Ensure clients are happy through regular status updates, monthly performance reports and collection of feedback
Increase effectiveness & productivity of the team through effective daily stand-up meetings, efficient resource allocation, high work quality and tracking KPIs
