Asana Systems Architect

This role is to design and refine the Asana system, not manage tasks.

We need full visibility into:

Who did what today

What is overdue

What is blocking revenue

You will:

Clean up existing Asana structure

Convert SOPs into enforceable task systems

Build simple, clear dashboards

Set up basic rules and automations

Document the structure so it can be maintained

This system must:

Be simple

Be enforceable

Work without micromanagement

Requirements:

Proven Asana architecture experience

Experience translating SOPs into task systems

Clear, simple system design style

Strong English communication

Ability to work independently

Schedule:

Part-time

20 - 40 hours per month max
