We’re seeking a skilled CPA or financial expert to support our management, brokerage, and maintenance companies. In this remote role (aligned with New York hours), you’ll own day-to-day finances, ensure compliance, and offer strategic insights. We want someone who thrives independently, has strong bookkeeping skills, and can guide us with clear financial advice.

Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions
Reconcile bank statements and ensure reports are accurate
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Help with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Perform financial analysis to guide business decisions
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Review and supervise bookkeeping activities
Qualifications:

Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management
Proficient with accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, RealPage, etc.)
Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
Clear communicator, able to advise leadership on financial matters
