What We’re Looking For
We want a mid-level operator. Someone confident. Someone who knows what they’re doing.
You should be comfortable setting up and troubleshooting:
• GA4 conversion tracking
• Google Tag Manager
• Meta Pixel
• Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
• Custom events and parameters
• Cross-domain tracking
You won’t just “install tags.”
You’ll make sure:
• Leads are tracked properly
• Campaign decisions are based on real data
• Reports actually mean something
• Nothing is double-firing or being lost
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
• Setting up and auditing GA4
• Building clean GTM containers
• Configuring Pixel + CAPI properly (with deduplication)
• Tracking forms, calls, buttons, booking systems
• Debugging issues properly, not guessing
• Improving attribution clarity across paid campaigns
You’ll Fit In Well If…
You can clearly explain:
• Why Meta and GA4 numbers don’t match
• The difference between attribution models
• How to track a multi-step form
• How to prevent duplicate conversions
You don’t rely purely on plugins.
You understand what’s happening behind the scenes.
So I know you have read the full job description, please reply with your favourite colour.
And you can explain technical things without sounding technical.
