Architectural Drafter & Project Submittal Coordinator

We are hiring a skilled Architectural Drafter who is also comfortable handling project submittals, city coordination, and client communication for residential projects in San Diego, California.

You will work closely with our lead architect on producing high-quality construction drawings in ArchiCAD, and you will also support our U.S.-based team in San Diego with administrative tasks related to:
• Plan-check submittals
• Communicating with city reviewers
• Sending plans and updates to clients
• Managing project documentation
• Tracking comments and revisions
• Supporting permitting workflows
