Are you a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter with a passion for turning design concepts into accurate construction documents? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our growing team and support a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to create high-quality technical drawings and BIM models that support the design, permitting, and construction process. The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction documentation and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
* Develop, modify, and maintain project drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
* Translate architectural sketches, concepts, and markups into accurate technical documentation.
* Produce permit sets and construction documents in accordance with project requirements.
* Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders.
* Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project standards.
* Revise drawings based on design updates, project requirements, and client feedback.
* Maintain organized project files, drawing records, and revision histories.
* Assist with site measurements, field verification, and as-built documentation when required.
* Support project teams by identifying drafting inconsistencies and proposing solutions.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
* Strong understanding of construction documentation, architectural drafting standards, and building systems.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
* Knowledge of building codes, zoning requirements, and construction practices.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Lumion is a plus.
* Experience working with international projects is an advantage.
