Architectural Designer / Revit & Rendering Specialist
(Full-Time | Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Architectural Designer who can produce both high-quality architectural drawings in Revit and exceptional, realistic architectural renderings. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone with a strong design eye, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work closely with a fast-paced team during New York business hours.

Responsibilities
Create accurate architectural drawings, plans, and documentation using Revit
Produce high-end, photorealistic architectural renderings
Develop design concepts and visual presentations for projects
Coordinate with the team during live meetings and project discussions
Handle revisions efficiently while maintaining design quality and accuracy
Ensure all drawings and renderings align with project requirements and standards
Provide progress updates and collaborate during working hours when needed

Requirements
Strong professional experience using Revit for architectural drafting and documentation
Experience creating high-quality architectural renderings
3ds Max experience is preferred, but other rendering software is acceptable if output quality is excellent
Strong attention to detail and good architectural/design judgment
Ability to quickly understand instructions and project workflows
Excellent English communication skills
Able to work independently while staying aligned with project goals
Comfortable sharing screen, joining live meetings, and collaborating in real-time
Organized, reliable, and responsive during work hours

Preferred Qualifications
Background in architecture or architectural design
Strong portfolio showcasing both:
Revit technical drawings/documentation
High-quality architectural renderings
Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (New York Time)
