Architect + MEP + Structural Engineering Team Residential Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Philippines-based Architect and Engineering team to assist with the preparation of a complete construction drawing package for the redevelopment of the SHOCKEY’s building located in Maryland, USA.

This is a serious commercial redevelopment project requiring full coordination between architecture, structural engineering, and MEP systems.

We are looking for individuals or a small team with strong experience producing U.S.-style permit and construction documents for commercial or mixed-use buildings.

Scope of Work

The selected candidate/team will assist with:

Architectural floor plans
Demolition plans
Code-compliant permit drawings
Building elevations and sections
Structural engineering drawings/details
Foundation and framing plans
HVAC layouts and schedules
Electrical layouts and panel schedules
Plumbing plans and riser diagrams
Fire/life safety coordination
Revit/BIM coordination
Construction detailing
Permit revision support
Coordination with ownership and local consultants
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in architectural and/or engineering drafting
Experience with U.S. commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of U.S. building standards and permit sets
Proficiency in:
Revit
AutoCAD
Bluebeam
Structural analysis software (ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, etc.)
Ability to coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work remotely and attend Zoo ---------- etings during U.S. Eastern Time business hours when needed
Preferred Experience
Restaurant, retail, entertainment, or mixed-use redevelopment projects
Existing building renovations/adaptive reuse
Structural retrofit experience
Commercial kitchen coordination
ADA compliance familiarity
Experience working directly with U.S.-based owners/developers
