What you'll be doing:
???? Producing and interpreting architectural drawings for UK residential projects
???? Generating estimates and cost plans directly from drawings
???? Presenting to clients on video calls — clearly and confidently
???? Managing clients from first contact to project completion

What we're looking for:
? Licensed Architect or Architecture graduate — solid practical experience
? Fluent conversational English — this is non-negotiable
? Comfortable reading UK construction drawings
? Proactive, commercially aware, self-managed
? Professional and confident on camera with UK clients
? AutoCAD / SketchUp or similar — strong advantage
