About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.
Your primary responsibility will be engaging with leads through direct messages,

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads via social media, text,
Follow proven scripts while maintaining natural conversations
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
Manage conversations inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Update contact records and pipeline stages
Follow up with leads who have not responded
Track appointment metrics and daily activity
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, Virtual Assistant, or Customer Support Representative
Strong experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
Excellent written English communication skills
Comfortable communicating through social media DMs and messaging platforms
Highly organized and responsive
Reliable internet connection and computer
Ability to work independently and meet daily goals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience setting appointments for coaches, consultants, agencies, networking organizations, or business communities
Familiarity with
Experience with calendars, CRM systems, and automation tools
Compensation
Starting at $4 USD per hour
Performance bonuses available
