LOOKING FOR: A setter who can start real conversations and book qualified sales calls for a Connecticut content and media company. This is not a blast-a-thousand-DMs role. I care about booked calls that actually show up, not activity numbers.
WHO WE ARE:
Vero Content Co. We do done-for-you short-form content and strategy for entrepreneurs, brands, and businesses. Real offer. Proven service. Paying clients. The only thing holding us back is conversation volume. That is where you come in.
THE ROLE:
• Run daily outreach to a target list I give you
• Start real conversations, not copy-paste spam
• Qualify the prospect against simple criteria
• Book the call onto our closer’s calendar
• Log every touch and every reply so nothing slips
• Follow up the quiet ones (Day 3, Day 7, Day 14, Day 30)
You set. Our closer closes. Your only job is to keep his calendar full of the right people.
WHAT I PROVIDE:
• The offer, the scripts, and the qualifying criteria
• Target lists and the platforms to run them
• A closer who actually closes
• Clear feedback every week
• Fast answers when you need them
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:
• Real outreach experience. Show me calls you have booked, not screenshots of messages you sent.
• Good written English and a normal, human tone
• Someone who reads replies and adjusts. Not a robot.
• Clean tracking. If it is not logged, it did not happen.
• Show up daily. Consistency beats bursts.
PAY:
two week ramp: [$X] base while you learn the offer and the lists
• After ramp: performance pay for every qualified appointment that shows
• [Optional: % of every deal your booked call turns into]
The better your calls convert, the more you make. No cap.
This starts as a trial run with real potential for long-term work and full pipeline ownership as we scale.
TO APPLY:
Put the word HARVEST at the top of your reply so I know you read this. Then send me proof of calls you have booked before and tell me how you got them. If you can fill a calendar with people who actually want to talk, let’s talk.
