About Us
We are a growing life insurance agency serving clients across multiple states in the United States. We are seeking a dependable and professional Appointment Setter to help our licensed agents connect with qualified prospects.
This is a phone-based position focused on outreach, follow-up, and appointment scheduling. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, consistency, and the ability to follow a proven process.
Responsibilities
Contact leads through phone calls, text messages, and follow-up communications
Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents
Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
Maintain accurate records within the CRM
Follow up with prospects who miss appointments
Meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals
Communicate professionally with prospects and tea
Participate in tea
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Previous appointment setting, telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred
Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday
Experience using CRM systems
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet and professional work environment
Active VPN access required during all working hours
Reliable computer, headset, and webcam
Available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time
Comfortable appearing on camera during internal meetings and coaching sessions
Compensation
$3.00–$4.00 per hour based on experience
