The role

You'll be the person who turns replies into booked meetings. Living across our cold email (Smartlead) and LinkedIn (Aimfox) inboxes, you engage every lead that responds, qualify their interest, and get the right ones on the calendar - fast, so no warm lead ever goes cold.

What you'll do

- Monitor and respond to all replies across cold email (Smartlead) and LinkedIn (Aimfox)
- Engage leads quickly, build rapport, and qualify their interest
- Book qualified meetings into the calendar
- Keep the inboxes clear so hot leads are handled fast, never left sitting
- Hand off booked leads to the team with full context
- Follow up persistently on warm but unbooked leads
- Track replies, conversations, and booking rates

What we're looking for

- Experience in appointment setting, SDR, or inbound reply management
- Excellent written English - fast, natural, and personable in conversation
- Confident qualifying interest and booking meetings
- Highly responsive and organized - you live in the inbox and act quickly
- Persistent and resilient on follow-up

Nice to have: experience in finance, capital raising, or B2B sales; handling both email and LinkedIn replies; CRM and calendar tools.
