Appointment Setter (Remote)

???? APPOINTMENT SETTER (REMOTE) – BASE + COMMISSION PER SUCCESSFUL APPOINTMENT

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant who knows how to follow up, stay persistent, and most importantly—book successful, qualified appointments.

This is a performance-based role. You get rewarded for results, not just activity.

???? What You Will Do:
Reach out to leads via social media
Follow up consistently until a response or booking is secured
Set confirmed and qualified appointments for the sales team
Update CRM / tracking sheets in real time
Send reminders and reduce no-shows
Work closely with the team to improve conversion rates

???? What We’re Looking For:
Strong English communication skills
Confident, persistent, and not afraid of follow-ups
Sales mindset (you understand that “no” is not the final answer)
Experience in appointment setting, cold outreach, or sales is a plus
Highly organized and goal-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision

???? Compensation:
Base hourly rate: $3/hour
???? Commission per SUCCESSFUL APPOINTMENT
