Appointment Setter Manager

About Us

We are a consulting company that helps fitness coaches scale using AI and sales systems.

Our outreach team sends 100 personalised Instagram DMs per day to book calls for our clients. We need someone who has done appointment setting themselves and can now hold a small team of outreach VAs accountable.

**YOU MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1yr+ EXPERIENCE IN APPOINTMENT SETTING**

Compensation

20,000 to 25,000 PHP per month (based on experience)
After 60 days, a performance bonus structure kicks in
Month 3 target: 25,000 to 30,000 PHP with satisfactory results
As we scale and you manage more VAs, pay increases

Schedule and Availability

Part time: 2.5 hours per day, 15 hours per week
Fully remote

What You Will Own

Team accountability: make sure every outreach VA hits 100 DMs per day, submits their EOD form, confirms all calls each morning, and communicates in their ---------- channel daily

Quality control: review 3 outreach message screenshots per VA per day, ensure personalisation matches the story plan, and enforce the VPN shift protocol

Onboarding new VAs: Day 1 protocol is 10 messages, screenshot and review before scaling up

Weekly group calls: run 2x 30 minute calls each week for motivation, training, and support

Hiring and performance: hire new VAs as needed, let go of underperformers, and continuously improve training materials

You Are a Fit If

You have real experience as an appointment setter or DM outreach specialist
You have managed a small team before (3 to 10 people), ideally hiring and firing
Your written English is strong
You are familiar with Instagram DM outreach
You are a self starter who does not need micromanaging
You understand that every outreach message must be typed and personalised, never copy pasted
You have ---------- installed and are comfortable using it for all daily communication
