We’re looking for a motivated, articulate, and persistent Cold Caller who thrives on making connections and generating leads. If you have experience in sales, real estate, or appointment setting—and love the challenge of outreach—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads for Onyva and real estate ventures
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments or transfer interested leads
- Maintain records of contacts, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM
- Follow scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation
- Hit weekly KPIs for call volume, lead conversions, and appointments set


Ideal Candidate:
- Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate sales
- Resilient, coachable, and comfortable with rejection
- Organized and self-motivated to work independently
- Familiar with CRM tools and basic sales tracking
