Appointment Setter / Lead Manager (Experienced Only)

Prime Multi Ser is a fast-growing South Florida home service company specializing in premium flooring installations and bathroom remodeling.

We are looking for an experienced appointment setter / lead manager who is confident on the phone, organized, emotionally intelligent, and highly reliable.

This is NOT an entry-level VA role.

We are looking for someone who:

* Has experience speaking with U.S. homeowners
* Knows how to build trust quickly
* Can follow up consistently without being pushy
* Understands how to handle objections and book qualified appointments
* Takes ownership of performance and results

Your responsibilities:

* Calling and following up with leads
* Booking appointments for our sales team
* Managing lead communication through CRM, SMS, and email
* Updating notes and maintaining pipeline organization
* Confirming appointments and reducing no-shows

Requirements:

* Excellent spoken English
* Clear and confident communication
* Stable internet and quiet workspace
* Prior appointment setting or sales experience
* Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours
* Strong consistency and professionalism
