Compensation: $4–$5 Per Hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Are you a competitive, results-driven appointment setter who knows how to turn conversations into qualified appointments?

We are seeking a high-performing Appointment Setter / Lead Generator to join our growing Home Improvement team. This is a KPI-driven role designed for individuals who are disciplined, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Position Overview

Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified sales opportunities by booking appointments that show up and move forward in the sales process.

This role requires strong outbound calling skills, persistence, effective follow-up, and the ability to consistently hit daily production goals.

Daily Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls using Hot Prospector and WAVV/GHL Dialer
Contact homeowners and qualify opportunities
Respond quickly to inbound and high-intent leads
Book a minimum of 2 qualified appointments per day
Follow proven scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation
Handle objections confidently and create urgency
Re-engage no-shows, cancellations, aged leads, and inactive prospects
Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead dispositions
Consistently follow up to maximize appointment opportunities
Requirements
Previous appointment setting, outbound sales, or call center experience
Home Improvement industry experience preferred
Hot Prospector experience required
Strong English communication skills
Excellent objection-handling and persuasion abilities
Reliable internet connection and ability to work PST hours
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Performance Expectations
Minimum 500+ dials per day
Minimum 2 qualified appointments booked daily
Consistent CRM activity and reporting
Fast lead response times
Strong attendance and reliability

KPIs begin on Day 4, with full production expected by Day 14.
