JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone who can call leads, handle inbound calls, follow up, and convert inquiries into booked jobs.

This role directly impacts revenue.
If appointments aren’t booked, work doesn’t move.

Responsibilities
Call new and existing leads (cold + warm)
Answer inbound calls and convert to booked jobs

Follow up on missed calls and unclosed opportunities

Send texts to move customers toward scheduling

Qualify leads and take control of conversations

Compensation:
Fixed Monthly Base Salary: ?18,000 PHP/month
Performance Bonus: Paid for every booked and completed job
Additional Performance Incentives: Based on productivity, responsiveness, and overall results
Higher Output = Higher Earnings

Requirements:
Strong phone presence (confident, not passive)

Comfortable making outbound calls (this is REQUIRED)

Able to handle rejection and keep moving

Organized and responsive

Important
This is not a call-answering position.
You are expected to actively call leads and convert them into booked work.

If you’re not comfortable picking up the phone and closing, this role isn’t a for you.
