About BoostedRev-
BoostedRev ( ---------- ) is a US-based digital agency helping businesses scale through AI-driven solutions such as AI voice assistants, automations, and done-for-you websites. We work with small to mid-size businesses across the United States and are looking for a motivated, professional appointment setter to join our growing team long-term.

About the Role-
You'll be making outbound cold calls to business owners across the United States, introducing them to our AI-driven solutions, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a remote, part-time position with real earning potential through our bonus structure. All leads will be provided.

Your Responsibilities-
Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to US-based business owners
Follow a provided script and objection-handling guide
Qualify prospects and book appointments on our calendar
Log all calls and outcomes in our CRM
Attend a brief daily check-in with the team

Schedule-
Monday – Friday | 8:00–10:00 AM EST & 2:30–4:30 PM EST (20 hours/week)
This is a split shift. Both blocks are required. Please only apply if you are fully comfortable with this schedule.

Compensation-
Base pay: $5.50–$7.00/hour based on experience
Estimated weekly base: ~$110–$140

Bonus Structure (resets monthly):

Starter (default):
$10 per appointment that shows up | $35 per appointment that closes

Closer (9 show-ups OR 3 closes in a month):
$20 per show-up | $70 per close

MVP (18 show-ups OR 6 closes in a month):
$30 per show-up | $100 per close

What We're Looking For-
+Fluent, neutral English — clear and confident on the phone
+Previous outbound cold calling or BPO/call center experience required
+Comfortable calling US business owners and handling objections professionally
+Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
+Self-motivated, coachable, and consistent
+Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets a plus
