Appointment Setter / Cold Caller – Healthcare

Our team is looking for a motivated and persuasive Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join our team!

You will be contacting healthcare professionals jobseekers to schedule an interview with our HR Management team.

Salary is 100,000 php a month from a combination of base plus commission

You will be cold calling overUpgrade to see actual infoleads each day using a manual dialer.


Key Responsibilities:

You will be scheduling appointments for healthcare professionals to join our webinar each day for job opportunities.
You will be working on Zoom all day.

Script Adherence: Follow a prepared script and adapt your approach based on the conversation to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.

Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to prospects and leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.


Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.


Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Proven Years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, or recruiting preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Healthcare recruitment experience a plus.

Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.

Persistence: High level of motivation and persistence, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software. Experience with [specific tools, if applicable] is a plus.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues.
