Appointment Setter / Cold Caller
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Appointment Setter to join our team! Your main job will be calling healthcare professionals and scheduling interviews with our HR team.
Salary: 100,000 per month (Base + Commission)
What You’ll Do:
Make
Set appointments for interviews and invite candidates to our webinars.
Follow a script while adjusting to conversations.
Follow up with leads to keep them interested.
Meet daily and monthly goals for calls and appointments.
Work on Zoom all day with our team.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or recruiting. (Healthcare, life insurance, or real estate experience is a plus!)
Great communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Organized and good at managing time.
Tech-savvy (Experience with CRM systems is a plus).
High school diploma or higher (College degree is a plus).
A good attitude and willingness to learn.
