We're not asking you to cold-call strangers from a phone book. You'll be working with a CRM of over 600,000 business contacts plus an active LinkedIn network of 5,000+ connections. The audience is already there — we need YOU to start conversations and fill the calendar.
What You'll Do
Send personalized outreach messages to business owners on LinkedIn using our proven, pre-written message templates
Work leads from our 600K+ contact CRM via
Book FREE 20-minute Discovery Calls between business owners and our Lead Strategist (you set the appointment — you never have to sell or close)
Pitch two simple offers: (1) our marketing & AI growth services and (2) business funding solutions
Track every conversation and booking in the CRM, keep your pipeline clean and updated
Hit a weekly target of booked, qualified appointments
Report results to leadership with a short weekly summary
What We're Looking For
Excellent written English — your messages must read natural, warm, and professional
1+ year experience in appointment setting, lead generation, virtual assistance, or LinkedIn outreach
Comfortable navigating LinkedIn daily (connection requests, DMs, follow-ups)
Experience with any CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar — we'll train you on ours)
Organized, self-managed, and consistent — you follow up like clockwork
Reliable computer and internet connection
Bonus points: experience reaching out to U.S. small business owners
