We’re hiring an Appointment Setter to help book high-quality meetings with U.S.-based professional service firms on behalf of our clients.
You won’t just be dialing numbers. You’ll be responsible for starting conversations, asking the right questions, qualifying prospects, and setting meetings with firms that are a good fit.
We provide the scripts, targeting, and process. Your job is to bring strong communication, consistency, and confidence to the phones.
What You’ll Be Doing
Calling prospective firms and decision-makers
Starting conversations in a professional and confident way
Qualifying prospects using clear criteria
Handling objections and keeping the conversation moving
Setting qualified appointments for our clients
Logging notes and outcomes accurately
Working with the team to improve call performance
What We’re Looking For
Fluent English
Strong phone presence
Reliable, organized, and consistent
Comfortable making outbound calls
Able to handle rejection and keep moving
Coachability and willingness to improve quickly
Prior appointment setting, cold calling, or sales experience is preferred
