Hiring: Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Work from Home (40hrs)

What You’ll Do:
Call inbound and outbound seller leads within seconds
Follow up through phone, text, and email using proven scripts
Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and property details
Set listing and buyer appointments for our agents
Track your calls, follow-ups, and performance daily


Requirements:
Reliable internet, computer, and headset
Fluent English and clear speaking voice
Proven experience in cold calling, real estate, or inside sales
Must be consistent, coachable, and aggressive with follow-up
