We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and well-spoken Appointment Setter to join our internal growth and operations team. This role will start as part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and overall fit.
The primary focus of this role is to source leads, qualify prospects, manage follow-ups, and book appointments for the sales team. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the appointment-setting process and implement their own strategies to connect with potential clients and successfully book qualified appointments.
This role requires someone with excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, as the role involves communicating with potential clients professionally and confidently.
In addition to appointment setting, this role will also support internal talent sourcing. This includes helping source potential new hires, organizing applicant information, and conducting initial screening when needed.
This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, consistent with follow-ups, and comfortable managing both outreach and sourcing-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Source and qualify leads
Develop and implement strategies to book appointments with potential clients
Reach out to prospects through approved channels
Communicate professionally and confidently with potential clients
Book discovery calls and appointments
Manage follow-ups with potential business accounts
Update CRM, trackers, and lead records
Maintain an organized lead pipeline
Coordinate updates with the internal team
Support the sales process through consistent outreach
Help source potential new hires for internal roles
Organize applicant information and candidate profiles
Conduct initial screening when needed
Help improve outreach and sourcing processes
Qualifications
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales support, recruitment, or sourcing preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable creating and testing outreach strategies
Confident in speaking with potential clients
Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and online research
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple tasks and trackers
Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
Experience with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or recruitment platforms is a plus
Must have a reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
