JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to contact warm inbound or pre-qualified leads immediately, build rapport, qualify interest, and book meetings for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is fast-moving, confident on calls, organized, and experienced in B2B communication.

What You’ll Do
~Call warm leads within 5–10 minutes of lead submission
~Qualify prospects and identify buying intent
~Schedule appointments for the sales team
~Follow up consistently through phone, email, and SMS
~Maintain accurate CRM updates and notes
~Handle objections professionally and keep conversations engaging
~Coordinate with sales and operations teams to improve conversion rates
~Maintain high activity levels and response times daily

Requirements
~Experience in appointment setting, SDR, or outbound sales
~Strong English communication skills
~Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
~Experience working with B2B clients
~Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
~Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
~Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools
~Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

Preferred Qualifications
~Experience in agencies or lead generation companies
~Experience handling US or international clients
~Familiarity with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar platforms
~Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
