Job Description: Outbound/Inbound Appointment Setter
About Us
We are a growing US-based company in the Outdoor Living space looking for a highly motivated, fluent English-speaking Appointment Setter. If you love communicating with people, have a persuasive personality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Job Responsibilities

Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold/warm outreach via phone calls, text messaging, email & IG.

Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and inquiries to ensure they meet our ideal client profile.

Calendar Management: Schedule qualified consultation calls or product demos for our sales team using Google Calendar and CRM tool.

CRM Upkeep: Accurately update and maintain lead statuses in our CRM (Jobnimbus).

Follow-Ups: Consistently follow up with prospects who haven't responded or missed scheduled calls to re-engage them.

Reporting: Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics (number of dials/messages sent, conversations started, and appointments booked).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent (essential for phone-based roles).

Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using communication tools like Zoom, Slack, and Skype, alongside CRM and scheduling software.

Resilience & Drive: A positive attitude with a thick skin—comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated to hit targets.

Organization: High attention to detail and excellent time-management skills to balance multiple conversations at once.

Home Office Technical Requirements

A reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with a backup option.

A quiet, distraction-free workspace.

A modern computer/laptop (Core i5 or higher preferred) with a minimum of 8GB RAM.

A high-quality noise-canceling headset.
