We're Stantaro, an Australian business looking for a confident, well-spoken Appointment Setter based in the Philåippines to help connect prospective clients with our team. You'll be the first voice many of our clients hear so presentation, professionalism and clear communication are everything.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Appointment Setter, your primary focus is sourcing, reaching out to warm and cold leads, qualifying their interest, and booking them in for consultations with our team. You'll be representing the Stantaro brand, so a neutral-to-Australian accent and a confident phone manner are essential to this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source potential leads through online research, directories, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for outreach
Reach out to prospective clients via phone and/or email to introduce our services
Qualify leads based on their situation and readiness to speak with our team
Book qualified appointments directly into team calendars
Follow up with leads who have not yet converted
Maintain accurate records of all outreach and outcomes in our CRM
Communicate any client feedback or objections to the team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Based in the Philippines with availability to work Australian business hours
A neutral or Australian-sounding accent, this is a non-negotiable requirement for this role
Confident, clear and professional phone manner
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support preferred
Experience working with Australian clients or companies is a strong advantage
Familiarity with CRM systems and calendar tools
Self-motivated and reliable working in a remote environment
