Appointment Setter / SDR — Maven X (Remote, Philippines)

Maven X is a premium real estate marketing agency producing cinematic listing videos, professional photography, drone content, and full-service digital marketing for top-producing agents across Silicon Valley, Phoenix, and South Florida.

We're hiring an Appointment Setter to book qualified discovery calls with real estate agents through Instagram DM and iMessage outreach. You'll work with pre-scored lead lists and proven templates — no cold calling or wasting time sending messages to people who are not interested in our services.

What you'll do:
• Send 40-60 personalized outreach messages daily via Instagram DM (our account has 25K followers and millions of views for instant credibility) and iMessage
• Book discovery calls on Calendly with Maven X founders
• Manage your pipeline in ---------- CRM
• Confirm appointments, reduce no-shows, reschedule misses
• Report on weekly KPIs and suggest messaging improvements

Compensation:
• $600/month base + 10% commission on every package sold
• Performing reps earn $1,600-$2,100/month
• Top performers earn $2,600+/month
• No cap on commission

Requirements:
• 1+ years in appointment setting, SDR, or outbound sales
• Excellent written English — natural and conversational
• Experience with social media outreach (Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, text)
• CRM proficiency ( ---------- , HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Reliable internet and distraction-free workspace
• Available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time

Nice to have:
• Real estate, marketing, or agency sales experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) for South Florida market
