• Daily availability — fast, consistent response times every day, not just 9–5
• Fluent, native-level written English — grammar, tone, and conversational nuance matter

• Proven track record in appointment setting / lead generation
• CRM experience — Close, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of lead qualification and follow-up strategy
