About the Role

RevSpark Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare, wellness, and medical clinics across the U.S. We run paid advertising campaigns for our clients—and when leads come in, our booking team is responsible for responding quickly, qualifying leads, and booking appointments that drive real revenue.
This role is not cold calling. You will be contacting people who already expressed interest in services such as men’s health, weight loss, hormone therapy, wellness treatments, and more.
You will be calling on behalf of multiple clinics, which keeps the work interesting while requiring strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Call and text inbound leads promptly
Qualify prospects based on client-specific criteria
Book consultations and appointments accurately
Follow up with unresponsive leads using approved scripts
Update CRM notes clearly and consistently
Communicate availability and coverage via Slack
Participate in shared “watch team” coverage during assigned shifts


Who We’re Looking For

Comfortable following structured processes and scripts
Reliable and consistent with scheduled hours
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable speaking with patients/clients about health-related services (professionally and discreetly)


Requirements

English proficiency (spoken & written) – B2 level or higher
Stable internet connection & electricity
Internet speed: 20mbps download / 10mbps upload
High-quality headset
Two monitors/screens required
Quiet, professional work environment
Ability to work assigned Eastern Time shifts consistently


Scheduling & Availability

All schedules are Eastern Time
You must be available for at least one of the required shifts (details provided in application)
Once assigned a shift, it becomes your permanent schedule
Some shifts require active monitoring (“watch team”) and uninterrupted availability


Compensation

$6.25 USD per hour
Opportunities for performance-based bonuses
Additional hours may be available based on performance and coverage needs
