Appointment Setter

We’re hiring full-time appointment setters based in the Philippines to join a fast-growing financial services company.

This is not cold calling.
This is not sales.
You’ll be booking appointments only — using fresh, inbound leads who requested a free Will & Trust Kit.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll contact people who already raised their hand and asked for information. Your only job is to:

Speak with prospects using a proven script

Qualify them quickly and clearly

Book appointments on the calendar

Move fast and keep volume high

No pitching. No closing. No pressure tactics.

Schedule

Full-time only

8–10 hours per day

Consistent schedule (no part-time, no side hustles)

You must have:

Top-level English (clear accent, confident, natural conversation)

Strong phone presence and listening skills

Speed, urgency, and work ethic — you don’t drag conversations

Ability to follow scripts and sound human

Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace

Coachable mindset — we train, you execute
