Appointment Setter

The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills (without the use of a script), tech savvy, experience appointment setting with cold outbound marketing outreach, strong work ethic and desire to grow with our dynamic sales team.

We will give you the software tools and training needed.
- You must be proficient in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English.
-GOOD WRITTEN GRAMMAR IS A MUST!
- Ability to be organized and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work EASTERN TIME ZONE: Monday-Friday, between the hours of 10am to 8pm (EST).
- Hourly pay for 40-50 hours per week paid twice a month.
- Ability to be alert and ready to work with good attendance and performance.
- Computer/laptop and stable internet connection required.
- 90-day probationary period. After which, we will conduct a performance review of your attendance, booked call quantities/quality. After 90 days, you may be considered for an increase to your pay based on performance review and other criteria.
- Attendance and punctuality are expected, every day. If you have an extenuating circumstance, you will need be approved for time off.
EXTRAS (Not required)
- Experience with lead generation a plus, not a must.
