We operate with Fortune 500-level systems and a family-owned heart. We are currently in a growth phase and building out our internal tech infrastructure to support our agents and clients at the highest level.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, self-directed Mobile App Developer and Automation Specialist to join our team full-time. This is a unique opportunity to be the technical backbone of a growing real estate brand — someone who can build, maintain, and automate across our entire tech ecosystem.

You will start by helping us build a proprietary mobile app (iOS and Android) replicating the core functionality of our current client nurture tool, and from there you will own the automation and systems layer of the business.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN

-Cross-platform mobile app development (iOS + Android) using React Native or Flutter
-App store submission and maintenance (Apple App Store + Google Play)
-Workflow automations across our full tech stack
-CRM automation and pipeline management inside Follow Up Boss
-Integration builds across GSuite, Slack, Agently, Fello, ShowingTime, and Supra
-Zapier and/or ---------- workflow design and maintenance
-Ongoing troubleshooting, updates, and new feature development as the business grows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

-Proven experience building cross-platform mobile apps (React Native or Flutter preferred)
-Experience submitting apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store
-Strong knowledge of automation tools — Zapier, ---------- , or similar
-Experience working with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss or comparable)
-Comfortable working inside GSuite, Slack-based workflows, and API integrations
-Highly organized, communicative, and able to work independently without hand-holding
-Portfolio of past apps or automation builds required
-Real estate industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
