App Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled App Developer to lead the development of a confidential AI-driven education platform. This cutting-edge application will integrate AI-powered personalized learning, real-time performance tracking, and gamified cognitive skill-building to enhance student learning and workforce readiness. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack development and AI/ML integration, with a strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a secure, scalable web and mobile application for education and workforce training.

Design an AI-integrated learning platform that customizes instruction, monitors user progress, and adapts to different learning styles.

Collaborate with AI and data science teams to incorporate machine learning models for adaptive learning and cognitive skill development.

Ensure data privacy and security, following industry best practices for handling sensitive information.

Work closely with UX/UI designers to create a seamless, engaging user experience for students, educators, and administrators.

Implement financial literacy tools and digital asset management features, including blockchain-based learning modules.

Maintain and optimize platform performance, reliability, and post-launch updates based on user feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in full-stack development with expertise in React Native, Flutter, Node.js, Python, and AWS.

Experience integrating AI/ML models, using frameworks like TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs, or similar.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Google Cloud, and scalable backend services.

Database expertise in SQL, Firebase, or MongoDB, with experience in designing secure, scalable databases.

Experience implementing gamification strategies and interactive learning tools is a plus.

Knowledge of blockchain technology and fintech applications for secure financial transactions and educational content.

Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Previous experience in ed-tech, fintech, or AI-driven applications is preferred but not required.
