Apollo VA Needed (Simple Lead Enrichment + Email Sequence Setup)

Hi — I’m looking for someone to help me set up a simple outbound system inside Apollo.

I already have:
- Apollo account fully set up
- Email connected
- A list of ~400 brands (sourced from Instagram)

I am NOT looking for anything advanced.
I just want a clean, working system that I can use daily.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Upload and clean my lead list inside Apollo
2. Enrich each company to find decision-makers such as:
- Founder
- CEO
- Owner
- Head of Marketing
- Marketing Director
- Ecommerce Manager
3. Only include contacts with verified or high-confidence emails
4. Create simple filters so I can easily find these contacts later
5. Organize everything into clean, easy-to-understand lists
6. Set up ONE email sequence:
- 3–4 emails total
- Spaced over 10–14 days
- Stop sending when someone replies
7. Make sure tracking is working so I can see:
- Open rates
- Reply rates
- Bounce rates
8. Record a short Loom video showing me how to use everything

WHAT I DO NOT WANT:
- No Zapier
- No Clay
- No advanced automations
- No complicated systems
- No unnecessary tools

This needs to stay SIMPLE.
