JOB OVERVIEW

I need someone who can help us build out the GTM engine for Adams inside tools like Apollo and Instantly.
Nothing fancy. No corporate jargon.
Just someone who knows how to take an idea, build the workflow, and make the outbound machine run every day without breaking.

Think of this role as part RevOps, part outbound operator, part systems thinker.

???? What You’ll Actually Be Doing
1. Building Outbound Campaigns That Work
Create and manage Apollo + Instantly sequences
Set up list building, enrichment, filtering, and automation
Handle domain setup, warm-ups, and deliverability

2. Creating a Repeatable Prospecting System

Build ICP-based lead searches
Tag leads properly
Maintain clean lists
Make sure every workflow is documented and repeatable

3. Turning Strategy Into Systems

We already have clear messages, positioning, and internal instructions at Adams.
You’ll turn those into:
sequence templates
personalized variables
branching logic
automated workflows

4. Keeping the Data Clean

Make sure contacts sync correctly
Set up rules so nothing gets duplicated or messy
Pull weekly reports so we know what’s actually working

5. Working With Our Team

You don’t have to be face-to-face.
You just need to communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and be fast and reliable with updates.

???? Skills You Need to Have

Comfortable building full outbound systems (mostly emails and Linkedin)
Experience with Apollo or Instantly (ideally both)
Understand list quality, segmentation, and targeting
Know how to optimize deliverability
Bonus if you know HubSpot, Clay, Make, or Zapier

???? Evidence of Experience Required

Screenshots or Loom videos of:
Campaigns or sequences you built
ICP filters or lead searches you created
Deliverability dashboards or domain warm-up results
Automation flows you designed

Reporting dashboards you set up

A short written explanation of a GTM system you built, including:

The tools you used
The problem you were solving
What the workflow looked like
What outcomes you achieved (reply rate, deliverability, list quality improvements)

References or proof of similar work for other clients
(Anonymized examples are perfectly fine.)

Your own process for how you would start building our outbound system
(I want to see your thinking.)
