Animation Creator

I require a cartoon/animated series created which I will to YouTube/Linktree.

There will be 3 or 4 characters and it will evolve around stories reflecting the life of an estate agent (me) based in London.

Each episode should not be any longer than 3 minutes.
I have examples of others that I've seen done which I would like to follow.
I do want them.to be funny and and also informative. I will of course provide the content.
