Our goal is to rapidly increase sales, optimize product listings, improve ad performance (ROAS), and drive aggressive revenue growth. This is a full-time role for someone with a proven track record of delivering big results on Amazon and eBay.

? What You Will Be Responsible For:

Amazon & eBay Store Growth & Optimization:
Listing Optimization: Improve ranking and conversions through SEO, AI-enhanced images, and A+ Content.
Product Launches & Promotions: Execute successful launches and sales-boosting strategies.
Customer Engagement: Improve store reputation through fast responses, review management, and automated follow-ups.
Advertising & Sales Performance:
Amazon PPC & eBay Promoted Listings: Aggressively scale campaigns with a focus on high ROAS.
AI & Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize AI tools for dynamic ad bidding, conversion optimization, and content enhancement.
Profitability & Pricing Strategy: Improve margins through better pricing, bundling, and upselling.
Fulfillment & Expansion Strategy:
Phase 1: Optimize Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) for efficiency.
Phase 2: Transition to FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) for higher Prime-eligible sales.
? Must-Have Experience & Requirements:

???? Proven Track Record: You must provide past performance proof (case studies, sales growth metrics, and ROAS improvements).
???? Minimum 3+ Years Experience managing Amazon & eBay accounts with measurable success.
???? Deep Understanding of Amazon PPC, eBay Advertising, and AI-powered marketing tools.
