About Us:

We are a growing U.S.-based business development and e-Commerce organization that works with multiple companies to build supplier relationships and wholesale accounts.

We are currently looking for 5 exceptional Virtual Assistants to join our Wholesale Outreach Team.

This is a long-term opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, and looking to grow with a professional organization.

Responsibilities:
Research manufacturers, brands, distributors, and suppliers
Build qualified lead lists
Complete wholesale account applications
Send initial outreach emails
Conduct follow-up communications
Track activities and results in our CRM
Maintain accurate records and reports

Hiring Process
Step 1: Interview

Selected candidates will be invited to a video interview.

Step 2: Paid Training

Successful candidates will enter a paid training program where they will learn our systems for:

Supplier Research
Lead Generation
Wholesale Applications
Outreach & Follow-Ups
CRM Management

Step 3: Full-Time Placement

Candidates who perform well during training will be offered a long-term position on our team.
