Position: Amazon Virtual Assistant: FBA, Private Label Specialist
Our Business Model: Private Label (Note: we are not Wholesale, Online Arbitrage)

REQUIREMENTS:
-FEMALE applicants only
-Must have proven work experience as an Amazon VA (Please do not apply if you do not have prior Amazon FBA Private Label VA experience)
-Must have a reliable, fully functional computer suitable for daily work
-Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps
-Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English
-Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven improvements
-Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a high level of accuracy
-Strong time management skills, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
-Must be comfortable using a time tracking tool during working hours
-Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
-Willing to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities over time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage daily Amazon Seller Central operations, including customer service, case management, account health monitoring, and resolving account or listing issues
-Perform keyword and competitor research to create and optimize high-converting Amazon listings (titles, bullet points, backend search terms) using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive
-Create, update, and troubleshoot Amazon flat files for both new and existing listings, including bulk catalog edits, parent-child variations, pricing updates, backend attribute changes, and processing report error corrections.
-Create and improve Amazon listing images and Premium A+ Content using Photoshop, Canva, and AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Studio
-Create and edit high-quality product videos using Filmora, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and AI video tools such as Sora and Flow Veo
-Monitor and manage inventory levels, shipments, and stock replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock
-Experience with Amazon PPC (campaign setup and optimization) is a strong plus
