Amazon Virtual Assistant

Position: Amazon Virtual Assistant - US and/or Canada

Experience? We welcome both those with Amazon work experience and those new to Amazon
Hourly rate: $3 - $ 7 USD/hour, depending on your level of experience.
Hours offered: 20-40 hours / week (some possibility for a flexible schedule but may be required to be available at fixed times)
** You must be available 11am - 3pm PHT Monday - Friday for the training **

40 hours training provided: First 2 weeks is a free comprehensive, intensive training course in Amazon fundamentals designed to train you to work for Amazon sellers. The training is designed for VAs new to Amazon and also those with experience who want to update their knowledge.

VAs with experience may be able to have their training fast-tracked.

Job tasks include:

Arbitrage sourcing (US and/or Canada)
Using Keepa Product Finder and SellerAmp
Working with prep center software
Working with an order tracker and auditing shipments
Working with inventory management software
Submitting ungating requests
Sellerboard - adding purchase orders, expenses, and flagging products for restocking
Submitting reimbursement requests
Creating advertising campaigns and coupons
Monitoring account health
Other general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

NO AMAZON EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - We just want smart people who are eager to learn.
You must be detail-oriented with the ABILITY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS PRECISELY and check your own work.
You must have Google Sheets skills: entering data, formatting text, entering formulas, working with row/columns.
You must be reliable and organized with the ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
We are looking for enthusiastic learner who asks questions to clarify instructions and makes sure the work is done correctly the first time
We want VAs with a pro-active mindset: someone who notices tasks or corrections that need to be done without waiting to be told every step.
