Amazon PPC Assistant – Remote (Full-Time)

Now we're looking for an Amazon PPC Assistant to support our Amazon Account Managers and help us scale even faster.

What You'll Be Doing

Keyword Research – using tools like Helium 10, Cerebro, Brand Analytics and Amazon's own data to find the keywords that drive sales.
Campaign Setup – building out Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns based on the structures and templates we've developed.
Bulk Sheet Work – preparing, editing and uploading Amazon bulk files cleanly and accurately.
Negative Keyword Mining – pulling search term reports, identifying waste, and adding negatives to keep ACoS healthy.
Reporting Support – helping prepare weekly and monthly client reports, pulling data from Seller Central, Helium 10 and our internal dashboards.
Listing Support – helping with keyword integration into titles, bullets and backend search terms.
Operational Tasks – supporting your Account Manager with whatever needs to be done to keep accounts running smoothly.

You will be the right hand of our PPC Managers – the person who keeps everything organized, accurate and on time.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Advertising Console or eCommerce work would be great BUT the most important thing for us is that you are completely reliable and are truly committed to growing your skills in the Amazon business, and that you’re willing to give it your all

Familiarity with Helium 10 (Cerebro, Magnet, Frankenstein) or similar tools.

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP – the basics that matter).

Excellent written and spoken English.

High attention to detail – you double-check your work before hitting submit.

Reliable, organized, and great at following SOPs.

A stable internet connection and a quiet remote work setup.

Bonus: experience with bulk file operations, Amazon DSP, or German marketplace (DE).
