Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Vendor Central VA to support the daily management and performance of our Amazon Vendor Central business.

This role will be responsible for monitoring account performance, identifying business opportunities, tracking Amazon programs, and preparing reports to support business growth. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while providing recommendations to the management team.


Key Responsibilities

Vendor Central Management

? Monitor Stop Order, No Order, and Blocked SKUs

? Identify profitability blockers and account issues

? Monitor Vendor Catalog health

? Follow up on Vendor Central cases and action items

? Escalate critical issues to management

? Coordinate with other team handling Seller Central and Vendor Central


Amazon Program Management

? Maintain SVS-E Meeting Tracker

? Update Amazon Action Item Tracker

? Track Vendor Escalations

? Prepare Vendor Opportunity Reports

? Prepare and summarize meeting minutes


Business Analysis

? Monitor V Product and 72hours product performance

? Analyze product performance and sales trends

? Identify growth opportunities and underperforming SKUs

? Identify opportunities from Low-Margin products

? Conduct competitor and market research

? Prepare weekly and monthly business reports


Buy Box & Pricing Monitoring

? Monitor Buy Box status for key SKUs

? Compare Vendor Central and Seller Central pricing

? Identify pricing gaps and report opportunities

? Support pricing analysis and recommendations


Qualifications

Required

? 2+ years of Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience

? Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

? Strong analytical and reporting skills

? Excellent attention to detail

? Good written and verbal English communication

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


Preferred

? Vendor Central experience

? Amazon catalog management experience

? Business reporting and data analysis experience
