Amazon SES Production Access Accounts

Hello, I am looking for people who can make AWS accounts and apply for Amazon SES Production access and get the application approved. I will purchase the AWS account that is SES production access approved. I need accounts on daily basis.
Following are the requirements for making AWS accounts:
1. Virtual Credit Card (You will need a new one for every account, vcc does not need to have balance, AWS just check the billing address and charge a 0 to 1$ authorization charge which they later return)
2. Email Address
3. Residential Dynamic IPs or Residential Proxies
4. Domains with websites for Applying for SES (Websites must be a blog, portfolio, store etc. You can clone websites and apply from there.. Free domains work too, just not the obvious one. You need to have DNS Access for the domain as they will ask you to verify the Domain using CNAME, MX and TXT Records)
