• Prepare Daily Buylists on 3P Mercury: New ASIN’s: sourcing VA leads & from Lead Vault. Works on re-stocking ASIN’s based on histroical sales performance.
• Lead Vault Re-Mining: You are required to mine the Lead Database daily. Your goal is to identify historically non-performing leads that have now shifted into our profitability range and criteria due to market volatility.
• Verify Leads: Manually audit 100% of the Sourcing VA leads against the sourcing criteria before approving them into the 3P Lead Vault and authorizing any capital. Check on any add-on product costs (e.g. shipping)
• Validate suppliers: check their legitimicay, stock availability, and lead time.
• Execute orders strictly following sourcing criteria, quantity, max cost-per-order, and daily spend limits provided by management.
• Documentation: Complete purchases and immediately attach receipts/invoices to the 3P master tracking system.
• Logistics: reconcile orders vs. prep center receiving reports and follow-up with suppliers to track any missing orders/qty. Identify damaged/mismatched stock, request returns from suppliers, and coordinate shipping documentation directly with the prep center.
• Repricing: Sets daily min/max thresholds for new listings. Conducts weekly manual audits on suppressed listings, non competitive listings at 60+ days, and aging action plan on 90+ days listings.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Conducts full monthly inventory ledger reconciliations (Units Shipped vs. Received vs. Sold) to locate missing inventory and sets an action plan to recover it.
• Inventory Maintenance: Performs daily sweeps to clear Stranded Inventory and fix Listing Issues (catalog errors, price suppressions, image mismatches).
• Return Monitoring: Perform a weekly audit of "Returns Received" reports in Seller Central.
• Reason Assessment: Categorize every return (e.g., "Defective," "Wrong Item Sent," "Customer Damaged," or "Item Not as Described").
- If "Defective/Damaged": Evaluate if the issue is with the product quality or the prep center's packaging.
-If "Item Not as Described/Wrong Item": Verify if the Sourcing VA incorrectly verified the UPC/Product packaging.
-Corrective Action Loop: Immediately report high-frequency "Defective" items to the Purchasing Agent to blacklist the supplier/ASIN from future buying.
• Blacklist Management: Maintain a "High Returns" database. Any ASIN that triggers more than a 5% return rate must be marked "High Risk" and prohibited from future procurement.
• Profitability Auditing: Cross-reference active inventory to ensure strict adherence to the 30% ROI and $4.00 net profit floor, and track reimbursements for lost FBA stock.
• Account Health & Recovery: Daily audit of the account health dashboard. Coordinates with account health and reimbursement companies to resolve IP complaints, authenticity flags, and lost/damaged stock claims.
• eBay Listing & Liquidation: Liquidate returns and aged inventory from Amazon on ebay. Create and manage listings, competitive pricing, and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) on our eBay storefront to maximize capital $ recovery.
• Team Coaching: Supervise the sourcing team's output, ensuring all sourcing methods are utilized effectively and providing feedback on lead rejections.
KPI’s:
• Achieves weekly & monthly spend goal. • Achieves sales & profitability target.
• Achieves capital leakage target coming from non competitive listings, liquidations, etc.
